Dave McColl

Dave brings over 30 years B2B experience within the sectors of construction, insurance, hard asset investment and private commercial funding.

Dave has spent much of his career working with innovation startup businesses supplying sectors such as MOD, Government departments, construction, property development, fintech, asset management and pension funds at C suite level.

Over the past 5 years Dave has specialised in Web3/NFT/Metaverse/Blockchain/ Global innovation funding and early stages of working with provision of AI/RPA

Dave has over 35 years B2B experience 30 of which at C suite level. Deal values often in multi millions of pounds. Dave is skilled at explaining complex products in layman’s terms to boardroom C suite management level.

Dave has over 10 years experience of working with banks to get on their selection panel in a niche insurance market , providing evidence to the client that the provision is fit for purpose and compliant.

Dave has delivered 100’s of investment vehicles for HNW clients using property and digital assets with deal values in the 10s of millions.

Dave worked with clients and private funding houses to facilitate development finance within the construction sector since 2016.

Over the last 5-6 years Dave has developed a deeper understanding of how crypto, NFT’s, Blockchain, Metaverse and Web3 works for business, Dave can explain the benefits of this new technology in layman’s terms taking away the jargon.

Dave was Involved in bringing a crypto token to market, business development with C suite, pension funds and private investors.

Recently Dave has been building a supply chain/ collaboration agreements framework within the “new technology sectors” including AR/XR/VR. AI, Web3, Blockchain and decentralised finance. Dave is able to help with clients wishing to look at implementing any or all of the following sectors:

Susan Kathleen

Susan has 40 years in Education and Coaching working successfully with HHNW and Royal Middle Eastern families. She has been passionately involved with a charitable organisation where she lived in remote African villages, helping to build schools, train staff and educate children and adults.

She is qualified in Commercial Art, Advertising and Marketing, Child Education specialising in Asperger’s, Dyslexia, Remedial Reading, and Art Therapy. She also studied Journalism, Reporting, Writing and Poetry. In 2008 she studied as a fine art lecturer and is a certified Auctioneer and Valuator. She is a published Author, award-winning Poet, and Illustrator. Over the past 30 years she has qualified in alternative medicine, personal development and alternative therapies.

Her speciality is in creating structures for the formation and implementation of businesses and learning programs for e-learning platforms. At 24 Susan consulted for Avis Rent-a-Car Intl. as Marketing, PR and Advertising General Manager in Malawi, where she set up 12 car rental stations in strategic towns, trained 4 local people for each station, and opened head offices in the country’s business and government capitals.

Susan was director and co-owner of an 800-hectare Agricultural Estate with a full-time staff of eighty key department workers and up to 1,500 labourers during peak picking seasons. Major crops were Arabica coffee, tea, burley tobacco, avocados, and a large herd of beef cattle. The Estate was one of the top five producers in Zimbabwe and became a model for Voluntary Service Overseas organisations visiting the country.

She has owned and operated five successful businesses, one as Tenant-at-Will Landlady of the Black Star Pub in Stourport-on-Severn as a Certificated Licensee. She owned and managed a popular Bed & Breakfast in South Africa for 8 years. For the past ten years she has been a Certified Life Coach and NLP Hypnosis Practitioner.

In 2019 she became interested in the new technologies and use-cases of Blockchain and cryptocurrency, and developed a passion for NFT’s, Smart Contracts, the Metaverse, Web3, AI, AR/XR/VR and can explain how these work in a simple, easy to understand way which avoids confusion.

Susan is a gifted communicator, teacher, and coach, able to match people, groups, and team members to obtain their best results in both business and personal life.


Ben Coker

Ben is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of the Arts, Commerce and Manufactures (FRSA)

Ben personally brings over 50 years experience in business ownership and operations, and in consultancy and education. His specialities include process development where he was involved in the early days of project management processes such as PRINCE and the implementation of quality standards at all levels.

Ben has owned and operated his own businesses including printing and publishing (13 years before computers) and a Scuba Diving School (10 years)

For 20 years he was employed by Warwick Business School as a mentor for students on MBA courses specialising in marketing, information systems and organisational behaviour.

Following several years as Senior Programme Manager at ICL reporting to the Director of Mainframe Systems Software, at the time the UK’s ‘national’ computer company now owned by Fujitsu, he left to develop his own project and information consultancy company, and when British Rail was privatised in 1994 was responsible as a ‘critical path consultant’ for projects including the valuation of the railway for flotation, operational performance, the Y2K project and later a major project upgrading signalling on London Underground.

In the first decade of the 21st century, as a change from corporate pressures, Ben developed a career in Network Marketing reaching the top 5 performers for 7 consecutive years generating over £10 million of business for the UK only based Utility Warehouse company.

Since 2013 Ben has been primarily engaged in personal development as a certified life coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist alongside developing an ongoing interest in ‘new technology’ which dates back well into the 20th century.

Ben is a mentor, educator, coach and strategist who can explain things in simple terms seeing the ‘big picture’ and the detail together and who knows how to get things done.
